HIGHLIGHTS

Effective October 1, 2019, Form 4099.H – Analysis Tool for a High Performance Building Report is being revised for Green Mortgage Loans.

 

Changes

To improve usability and increase data quality, Form 4099.H has been updated to:

  • reformat the Lender Validation tab to more easily transfer the required data to Schedule 6 of the Loan Agreement;
  • increase the number of Energy and Water Efficiency Measure recommendations from 20 rows to 30 rows; and
  • add new data validation and error checks.
