HIGHLIGHTS

Effective February 24, 2020, the Fannie Mae Underwriter’s Data Form (Form 4662) was updated to

  • streamline the data collected, and
  • remove the requirement for Green-related data.

 

Changes

Primary Changes include:

  • updating the "Form Guidance" tab;
  • reducing the number of data elements required for Certification;
  • removing the Green products section; and
  • reformatting AMI% fields to align with C&D.
