HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed on or after April 12, 2021, the Structured Transactions chapter was updated. 

 

Primary Changes

Updated the Structured Transactions chapter to:

  • provide product descriptions for Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries; and
  • expand the Bulk Delivery information.
