Effective July 14, 2020, for any COVID-19 related Forbearance Agreement per Supplement 20-11, you may use the Forbearance Agreement Certification for Borrowers to certify compliance with the Forbearance Agreement requirements.

Primary Changes

Per Supplement 20-11, Borrowers must certify compliance with the Forbearance Agreement requirements, including the moratorium on tenant evictions. You may use the Forbearance Agreement Certification with Borrowers to evidence their compliance with the Forbearance Agreement.
