HIGHLIGHTS

Effective November 15, 2022, the Fannie Mae Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide will no longer be available on AllRegsTM. 

 

Change

Since launching in 2019, DUS Navigate

  • has been Fannie Mae’s primary application for publishing, viewing, and searching the Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide, and
  • enables you to access all Multifamily Guide Updates, Supplements, Notifications, Forms, Loan Documents, and other Lender Communications from a single location.

 

Effective November 15, 2022, AllRegsTM will

  • remove Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide, and
  • discontinue publishing any future Fannie Mae Multifamily Guide content.
