Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed on or after July 30, 2021, the Instructions for Performing a Multifamily Property Condition Assessment (Form 4099) was updated. |
Primary Change
Clarified that all capital improvement costs scheduled by the Property owner must be included in the Cost Estimate Schedules if the PCA Consultant determines the improvements are necessary to maintain the Property’s value and marketability.
