HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Mortgage Loans Delivered on or after November 8, 2021, the Multifamily Certification and Custody team’s physical address was updated in:

  • the Multifamily Certification and Custody Glossary definition;
  • Part I, Chapter 2: Mortgage Loan, Section 204.01: Generally;
  • the Multifamily Mortgage Loan Delivery Package Table of Contents (Form 6502); and
  • all applicable business forms.

 

Changes

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Multifamily Certification and Custody team’s move date has changed to November 8, 2021.  The new physical address will be:
