HIGHLIGHTS

Effective as of November 1, 2023, the following forms were updated for: 

 

  • new Commitments, the Green Building Certifications (Form 4250); and
  • Green Rewards High Performance Building Reports or HPB Modules engaged as of November 1, 2023, the:
    • Analysis Tool for a High Performance Building Report (Form 4099.H); and
    • Technical Solar Assessment (Form 4099.I).

 

Primary Changes

Updated:

  • Form 4250 to add Version 2.3 to certain Group 2 and Group 3 Certifications overseen by the Green Building Initiative; 
  • Form 4099.H to:
    • transition from source energy to site energy as the core unit of measure for baseline and savings measurements;
    • refer to "ENERGY STAR® certified" instead of "ENERGY STAR rated" within the Type of Energy and Water Efficiency Measure selections; and
    • reflect the latest emissions factors published by ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (December 2022); and
  • Form 4099.I to reflect new incentives from the Inflation Reduction Act in the "Input-Income" and "Input-Proforma" tabs.
