HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Annual Financial Reporting Requirements per the Multifamily Lender Program Rules for fiscal years ending December 31, 2023 or after, the Multifamily Lender Certification (Form 4637) was updated.

 

Primary Changes

  • Added items to:
    • Section D (Affiliates, Guarantees, Brokers and Off-Shoring) regarding resources used outside the United States; 
    • Section H (Insurance Information); and
    • Sections L (Legal/Compliance/Background Checks) and R (Lender Information (Voluntarily Requested)) regarding the Minority and Women Inclusion Rule (MWI).
  • Clarified:
    • Section I (Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Compliance); and
    • Section J (Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Compliance).
