HIGHLIGHTS

For all newly ordered Property Condition Assessments as of February 13, 2025, Instructions for Performing a Multifamily Property Condition Assessment (Version 3.1) Appendix G - Reference Document: Known Problematic Building Materials and Property Design Issues (Form 4099.G) was updated. 

 

Primary Changes

Updated Form 4099.G, adding 3 recalled electrical panels to consider in a PCA Report, including: 

  • Zinsco or GTE-Sylvania Panels;
  • Challenger Electrical Panels; and
  • Bulldog & ITE-Pushmatic Circuit Breakers and Electrical Panels.
