Effective for Mortgage Loans under application on or after May 8, 2025, Fannie Mae is updating your delegation for selecting Title Insurance Companies per Guide Update 25-10: Title Insurance Policy.

Primary Changes

Title and Closing Requirements for Multifamily Mortgage Loans (Form 4650) requires you to use a Title Insurance Underwriter named on the Approved Title Insurance Underwriter Schedule (Form 4650.A). This Schedule
- is being finalized, and
- will be published on or before May 30.
Until Form 4650.A is published, you are delegated to select the Title Insurance Underwriter, provided you comply with all other aspects of Form 4650.
