HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed as of August 20, 2025, updated the following Property Condition Assessment Demand Letter templates:

 

  • Form 4833; and
  • Form 4834.

 

Primary Changes

Updated the Property Condition Assessment Demand Letter templates requiring: 

  • you to verify and align the timing of the Borrower’s funding of the Property’s Replacement Reserve Account for Additional Lender Replacements or Repairs identified in the Property Condition Assessment (PCA) based on the time period stated in the:
    • Loan Agreement, if using Form 4834; or
    • Replacement Agreement, if using Form 4833; and
  • the Borrower to fund the Replacement Reserve Account within 10 days or 30 days, as applicable.
