Primary Changes
Updated Form 4830 to clarify language related to the:
- Action Plan for remediating items after a Property Condition Assessment (PCA);
- timeline to complete repairs and potential need for additional escrow funds after a PCA; and
- need to minimize risk to Property and its occupants when life safety items are identified.
