Primary Changes
Simplified the Limited Experienced Owner Glossary term definition to include any Sponsor, Cooperative Property Sponsor, Key Principal, or Guarantor who has never obtained a Fannie Mae multifamily Mortgage Loan in the last 10 years before the Commitment Date.
