Primary Changes
Updated Part II, Chapter 5: Property and Liability Insurance to:
- clarify general insurance policy requirements;
- strengthen Blanket Policy requirements;
- expand requirements for
- acceptable evidence of insurance, and
- ordinance or law insurance; and
- add guidance for named storm insurance.
