Effective November 1, 2019, Instructions for Performing a Multifamily Property Condition Assessment - Appendix D (Form 4099.D) was revised to provide additional guidance for choosing the appropriate Property Condition Rating (PCR). |
Changes
Form 4099.D was updated to
- align rating categories and property system descriptions with the revised MBA Property Inspection Form, and
- add a clarifying summary statement to each of the property condition ratings.
These updates only provide additional guidance. Fannie Mae is not changing its previous PCR requirements.
