HIGHLIGHTS
Effective December 16, 2019, the Multifamily Asset Management Delegated Transaction: Transfer/Assumption (Form 4636.TA) was updated to align with the Guide.

Key Changes

Primary changes include updating the Guide references, and requiring Servicers to:

perform a “Critical” level of due diligence on crowd funding transactions; and
underwrite the transaction per Parts I, II, and the applicable products and features in Part III.
