HIGHLIGHTS
Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed on or after November 2, 2020, the Fannie Mae Underwriter’s Data Form (Form 4662) was updated with a new Multifamily Affordable Housing type to align with the Multifamily Committing and Delivery System (C&D^TM).

Primary Change

To align with enhancements announced in C&D Release Notes 22.0, Form 4662 was updated to add Sponsor-Initiated Affordability as a value on the Affordable Housing Type drop-down list.
