HIGHLIGHTS
Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed on or after May 25, 2021, the following Forward Commitment forms related to construction monitoring and conversion were updated: Multifamily Construction Period Monitoring (Form 4211); Forward Loan Conversion Analysis (Form 4212); and Forward Conversion Analysis Summary (Form 4618).

HIGHLIGHTS

Forward Loan Conversion Analysis (Form 4212); and

Each form was updated to collect relevant data and align with Forward Commitment construction monitoring and conversion requirements.
