HIGHLIGHTS

Required for all Mortgage Loans Committed on or after July 1, 2021, and optional for all other Mortgage Loans, Part IV, Chapter 4: Delivery was updated to reorganize and clarify Mortgage Loan Delivery and Loan Documentation Requirements by requiring you to:

  • document the Mortgage Loan per the revised Loan Documentation Requirements (Form 6000); and
  • Deliver all documents per the revised Multifamily Mortgage Loan Delivery Package Table of Contents (Form 6502).

 

Primary Changes

  • Reorganized Part IV, Chapter 4: Delivery, Section 402.01: Data and Documents to require all document submissions be Delivered per Form 6502.
  • Revised Form 6000 to delete Loan Documents used for Additional Escrow Reserves.
  • Revised Form 6502 to:
    • add new Delivery Requirements/Guidelines, including specifying when physical or electronic copies are required;
    • remove check boxes in the “Loan Attributes” section; and
    • update delivery requirements for specific Mortgage Loans, including deleting Loan Documents used for Additional Escrow Reserves.
