Effective October 1, 2021, your delegation to provide COVID-19 initial and extended forbearances is terminated. Requests for relief in the COVID-19 forbearance program will follow normal loss mitigation processes.
Your delegated authority to provide a Borrower an initial forbearance or extend the initial forbearance is terminated. All requests for forbearance relief due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic will follow the applicable loss mitigation processes for Primary and Secondary Risk Mortgage Loans.
This Notification supersedes Supplement 21-06: COVID-19 Forbearance Delegation Extension.
