Effective December 31, 2021, the Multifamily Asset Management Delegated Transaction Forms (Form 4636 series) were updated to delegate transactions that occurred without your consent if the transaction otherwise would have been delegated, and clarify existing practices.

Effective December 31, 2021, the Multifamily Asset Management Delegated Transaction Forms (Form 4636 series) were updated to

delegate transactions that occurred without your consent if the transaction otherwise would have been delegated, and
clarify existing practices.

Primary Changes

For Form 4636 series asset management decisions:

Delegated you the authority for a transaction that occurred without your consent if the transaction otherwise would have been delegated.
Except for a Transfer/Assumption, delegated you the authority for a transaction rated Substandard by Fannie Mae if it otherwise would be delegated.
Clarified that Condominium terminations must use Condominium/Cooperative Property Conversions (Form 4636.CC).
Clarified existing practices to address your feedback.
