HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed on or after October 25, 2021, the Fannie Mae Underwriter’s Data Form (Form 4662) was updated, including:

 

  • additional guidance;
  • a new “Affordable Housing Type” option; and
  • new LIHTC and Affordable transaction fields.

 

Primary Changes

  • Updated the “Form Guidance” tab.
  • Added "Other - Special Public Purpose" to the "Affordable Housing Type" drop-down options.
  • Added new fields to the Affordable section for
    • "% Units Above 120% AMI", 
    • "% Units At or Below 120% AMI",
    • "% Units At or Below 100% AMI",
    • "Initial LIHTC Compliance Period End Date", and 
    • "LIHTC Extended Use Period End Date".
