Effective December 31, 2021, Part III, Chapter 17: Structured Transactions was updated to incorporate the current MATS Addendum requirement that a Bulk Delivery Substitution Fee must be equally split between you and Fannie Mae. |
Primary Change
The current MATS Addendum requirement that a Bulk Delivery Substitution Fee must be shared equally between you and Fannie Mae was incorporated into Part III, Chapter 17: Structured Transactions, Section 1703: Bulk Deliveries.
