HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed as of December 7, 2022, the Pre-Construction Monitoring Package Table of Contents (Form 4543) was updated.

 

Primary Changes

  • For a Forward Commitment, you must Deliver all documents listed on Form 4543 per Part III, Chapter 20: Forward Commitments, Section 2003.04: Commitment. 
  • Form 4543 was updated to remove outdated requirements for the:
    • Table of Contents; 
    • Appendix C reference; and 
    • Threshold Evaluation.
