HIGHLIGHTS
On approximately June 1, 2022 for Credit Enhancement Mortgage Loans, new fields will be required in the Credit Enhancement Activity Report (Form 4090), and Credit Enhancement Servicing and Investor Reporting System (CESIR).

On approximately June 1, 2022 for Credit Enhancement Mortgage Loans, new fields will be required in the

Credit Enhancement Activity Report (Form 4090), and
Credit Enhancement Servicing and Investor Reporting System (CESIR).

Primary Changes

To align delinquency reporting for all products, Form 4090 and CESIR will be updated to require the following fields for Credit Enhancement Mortgage Loans:

Actual LPI Date; and
Actual UPB.

Multifamily Master Servicing will provide online training in May.
