HIGHLIGHTS
Effective for Mortgage Loans Rate Locked on or after June 1, 2022, the Multifamily Required Trade Information forms (Form 4097.Fixed and Form 4097.ARM) were updated.

Primary Changes

Added new:
- Restricted Affordability data elements to align with current values in C&D and DUS Disclose; and
- Rent Roll Affordability section for Properties with a “Specific Property Type” of
  - “Multifamily”, or
  - “Military”.
Updated the Multifamily Required Trade Information Form 4097 Job Aid.
