HIGHLIGHTS
Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed as of June 15, 2022, the associated structured data sets for the following third-party reports were updated: Property Condition Assessment (PCA); Environmental Site Assessment (ESA); Seismic Risk Assessment (SRA); and Zoning.

HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed as of June 15, 2022, the associated structured data sets for the following third-party reports were updated:

Property Condition Assessment (PCA);
Environmental Site Assessment (ESA);
Seismic Risk Assessment (SRA); and
Zoning.

Primary Changes

Property Condition Assessment Data Supplement (Form 4099.E): Added new optional fields for:
- Immediate Repair Quantity;
- Repair Unit of Measure; and
- Immediate Repair Unit Cost.
Environmental Site Assessment Data Supplement (Form 4251.A): Updated to:
- require structured data submissions for Database Reviews;
- add new optional fields for:
  - Environmental Database Review Date; and
  - Database Review Justification Type (i.e., Choice Refinance Loan or Supplemental Mortgage Loan); and
- add new allowable values for:
  - Third Party Report Scope Standard, added Database Review; and
  - DUS Compliance Conclusion, added Acceptable Database Review.
Seismic Risk Assessment Data Supplement (Form 4093): Updated the version number to align with the other forms.
Zoning Report Data Supplement (Form 4089): Updated the version number to align with the other forms.
