Effective as of January 25, 2023, LIBOR Transition Educational Materials are available for Portfolio:

 

  • Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans (ARM Loans); 
  • Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans (SARM Loans); and
  • Hybrid Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans (Hybrid ARM Loans). 

 

Primary Changes

Updated LIBOR Educational Materials to:

  • clarify final rules related to LIBOR Replacement rates published by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors; and
  • provide information for: 
    • transition expectations; 
    • timelines;
    • servicing;
    • Interest Rate Caps; 
    • disclosure;
