HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Mortgage Loans Committed as of October 24, 2022, the Underwriter's Data Form (Form 4662) was updated to:  

 

  • remove the "Actual DSCR" and "DSCR at Maximum Payment" fields; and
  • revise definitions in the "Form Guidance" tab.

 

Primary Changes

Revised Form 4662 to:

  • update the “Form Guidance” tab for:
    • Manufactured Housing Communities;
    • ARM Loans; and
    • Structured ARM Loans; and
  • eliminate the following fields from the required data elements:
    • "Actual DSCR"; and
    • "DSCR at Maximum Payment".
