Updated Part III, Chapter 6: Manufactured Housing Communities, Section 603.03: Code Standards requiring you to ensure the Loan Documents require Borrower certification that no additional Manufactured Homes predating the Manufactured Home HUD Code will be added during the Mortgage Loan term.
