HIGHLIGHTS
Effective for the following third-party reports dated after January 18, 2024, to align with the DUS Data Digitizer release, the associated structured data sets were updated and are required for all individual collateral: Zoning (ZON) (Form 4089); Seismic Risk Assessment (SRA) (Form 4093); Property Condition Assessment (PCA) (Form 4099.E); and Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) (Form 4251.A).

Primary Changes

Updated:

Form 4089 and Form 4251.A to align the version numbers with the other forms;
Form 4093 to add 3 new data fields; and
Form 4099.E to add 36 new data fields, including those addressing
- physical property characteristics, and
- energy type/description.
