Effective for Mortgage Loans with a Book Entry Date on or after May 1, 2024, the Fannie Mae Underwriter's Data Form (Form 4662) was updated. |
Primary Changes
Revised Form 4662 to:
- add a "Tax Relief" section with 4 new data fields;
- remove the "Repairs & Reserves" section;
- rename the "Application Loan Amount" field to "Application Loan Amount/Original Allocable Facility Amount"; and
- update the "Form Guidance" tab Version 6.4 Highlights.
