Effective for all Mortgage Loans as of November 5, 2025, updated requirements for using the MBA Standard Inspection Form. 

 

Primary Changes

The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) updated the MBA Standard Inspection Form Version: 4.03.  To ensure proper MAMP processing of the MBA Standard Inspection Form, you must adhere to the following schedule.

one of the following:

 

  • Version: 3.1;
  • Version: 4.0; or
  • the new Version: 4.03.
As of January 1, 2026 Version: 4.03.
