Primary Changes

Updated Form 4250 to: 

• incorporate annual changes to the recognized Group 1 Certifications and Group 2 Certifications to:
  • include newly available certifications meeting Fannie Mae requirements; and
  • remove discontinued certifications; and
• align with Fannie Mae's updated Green Bond Framework including:
  • removing all Group 3 Certifications; 
  • downgrading or removing certifications not meeting Fannie Mae's more rigorous standards; 
  • adding Green Building Certification eligibility requirements based on building age; and
  • modifying Group Certifications to specify
    • "All Buildings", and
    • "Existing Buildings Only".
