  • Housing Choice Vouchers: Expanded Housing Choice (EHC) Job Aid; and
  • Modifications for Multifamily Loan and Security Agreement (Expanded Housing Choice) (Form 6273).
• Streamlined disclosure and reporting requirements for Expanded Housing Choice Portfolio Mortgage Loans in:
  • Part V, Chapter 4, Section 418.07: Expanded Housing Choice;
  • Multifamily Additional Disclosure Guidance (Form 4098); and
  • Supplemental Annual Loan Agreement Certification (Expanded Housing Choice) (Form 6620).
