Effective for all Mortgage Loans as of April 30, 2026, updated the Custodial Account administrative procedures requiring you to use the Custodial Bank Account Management Application to complete Letter of Authorization forms detailing Custodial Account information. |
Primary Changes
Updated Part V, Chapter 3, Section 302: Administration requiring you to use the Custodial Bank Account Management Application within 30 days after:
- opening or closing a Custodial Account; or
- changing the Eligible Depository or Custodial Account information.
