Primary Changes

Updated Form 4650.A to:

• revise the contact information for the Approved Title Insurance Underwriters under Fidelity National Financial, Inc. on Schedule 4650.A-1;
• add Investors Title Insurance Company as an Approved Title Insurance Underwriter on Schedule 4650.A-1;
• for Stewart Title Guaranty Company on Schedule 4650.A-2, update the list of the
  • Approved Wholly-Owned Title Agents, and
  • internal divisions of the specified Approved Wholly-Owned Title Agents also authorized to act as Approved Title Insurance Underwriters per Form 4650; and
• clarify that Schedule 4650.A-3 only lists internal divisions of the Approved Title Insurance Underwriters under Fidelity National Financial, Inc.
