Primary Changes
Updated Form 4801 to:
- revise:
- Section A: Advance Summary, requiring Amortization Period data; and
- Section C: Facility Level Performance, requiring you to indicate if the Credit Facility passes or fails the Compliance DSCR test; and
- add new sections for:
- Key Performance Indicators for
- Maturity Management,
- Risk Rating / Watchlist status, and
- Events of Default; and
- Action Plan requirements, requiring comprehensive remediation plans for
- Outstanding Issues,
- Borrower/Key Principal Capacity and Commitment,
- Product Specific Risks, and
- Strategy.
