Properties PropertiesMultifamily residential real estate securing the Mortgage Loan, including the fee simple or Leasehold interest, Improvements, and personal property (per the Uniform Commercial Code). .  HUD’s HUD’sU.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development risk sharing is in the form of mortgage insurance from FHA FHAFederal Housing Administration .  HUD HUDU.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development takes 50% of the risk of loss, and the remaining 50% of the loss is shared by you and Fannie Mae.
